I really have no advice for you, but my first thought is if someone is bullying him at school (or even at home...you mentioned one problem child at one point...not sure if it is still an issue). The words he's saying sound like they've come from what he's hearing from someone else...kwim? It's great that you're recognizing a possible problem and doing something about it.
